Where a third-party provider processes information on our behalf, we require that provider to process information only for appropriate business purposes and to maintain reasonable security protections.

If VoxBrain sends user-provided content to an external AI provider to fulfill a user's request, that processing is part of providing the requested Service. AI providers we may use include OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose information to service providers and contractors that help us operate the Service, such as hosting, cloud infrastructure, authentication, security, customer support, analytics, payment processing (Stripe), and AI service providers.

Account deletion method:

• In-app: Open Settings → Delete account and confirm.
• Web: Visit our account deletion page at https://voxbrain.net/delete and follow the steps.

When we receive a valid account deletion request, we will delete or anonymize the information associated with the account within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days), except where we are required or permitted by law to retain certain information.

Some information may remain temporarily in backups or security logs and will be deleted or overwritten according to our normal retention procedures.

8. Children's Privacy

VoxBrain is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
