Terms of Service

1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use VoxBrain.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use VoxBrain to generate applications that are illegal, harmful, or infringe on intellectual property.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or access the underlying AI models or infrastructure.
• Abuse the service through automated means, excessive API calls, or denial-of-service attempts.
• Share your account credentials or resell access without authorization.
• Use the service to generate malware, phishing tools, or other malicious software.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

VoxBrain offers subscription plans with varying credit allocations. Credits are consumed per AI generation action. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4. AI-Generated Content

Applications and code generated through VoxBrain are provided "as-is." While we use best-effort AI models, we do not guarantee that generated output is free of errors, security vulnerabilities, or bugs. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all generated code before deployment.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all applications and code you generate using VoxBrain. The VoxBrain platform, its branding, and underlying technology remain the property of VoxDigits Communications LLC. You may not use the VoxBrain name or branding without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

VoxBrain and VoxDigits Communications LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance and updates may cause temporary downtime.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
